Bill Pearce Motors is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Sales Professional to represent our iconic BMW / MINI and Volvo brands. If you are passionate about cars, thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, and take pride in delivering exceptional customer service — we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

• Greet and assist customers in selecting the perfect BMW-MINI or Volvo vehicle to fit their lifestyle.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through follow-up and personalized service.

• Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge of BMW and MINI vehicles, features, and technology.

• Manage the full sales process — from initial inquiry to vehicle delivery.

• Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.

• Stay up to date with manufacturer training and dealership standards.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years of automotive sales experience required.

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and customer-service oriented.

• Professional appearance and positive attitude.

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

• Trainable
