Porter / Valet Attendant

BMW of Tenafly is looking for a dependable, energetic, and customer-focused Porter / Valet Attendant to join our team. As one of the first people our customers interact with, you'll play an important role in creating an exceptional dealership experience. Responsibilities
- Greet customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Safely park, retrieve, and organize customer and dealership vehicles.
- Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the dealership lot, parking areas, and customer entrances.
- Assist with moving vehicles between departments as needed.
- Ensure vehicles are clean, fueled, and ready for customer delivery.
- Monitor parking areas and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
- Follow all dealership policies and safe driving procedures.
- Deliver exceptional customer service with every interaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- The ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles is a plus.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and remain active throughout the day.
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented with a positive attitude.
