Service Concierge – BMW of Latham

BMW of Latham is seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Service Concierge to join our fast-paced Service Department.

As the first point of contact for our service customers, you'll play an important role in delivering the exceptional BMW experience. You'll greet guests upon arrival, assist with the service drive, coordinate vehicle flow, and support the Service team in ensuring every customer receives outstanding care.

This is a full-time position with a schedule of 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM or 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. The hourly pay range is $18–$22 per hour, based on experience.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and wants to grow with a rapidly expanding organization in the Capital Region.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license required
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to work well as part of a team
