Our Chapman BMW Chandler location is hiring a Service Consultant to join our team. We’re looking for a customer-focused, driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering an exceptional client experience. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for service customers, guiding them through their vehicle’s maintenance and repair needs while ensuring clear communication and satisfaction throughout the process.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in the service drive, confirm scheduled services, and document vehicle concerns
• Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the service process
• Explain maintenance needs and technician recommendations in a clear, professional manner
• Provide repair estimates, obtain customer approvals, and process payments
• Monitor repair progress and keep customers informed of timelines and costs
• Coordinate with technicians and internal teams to ensure efficient workflow
• Build lasting customer relationships through exceptional service and communication

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Service Consultant experience with a luxury automotive brand
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
• Professional and presentable appearance while representing the company
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proven ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and stay organized
• Self-motivated with a drive to meet performance goals
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
