Compensation Range : $77K-$88K annually

BMW of Southampton is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a premium automotive brand in a fast-paced, professional environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist them with service needs in a professional and friendly manner
• Write up repair orders accurately and clearly
• Communicate recommended services and maintenance needs
• Act as liaison between customers and the service technicians
• Provide updates on vehicle status and ensure timely follow-up
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience consistent with BMW standards

Qualifications

• Previous automotive service advisor experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Valid driver’s license
