    Are you a BMW Certified Technician looking for an opportunity to work with a respected dealership, a modern facility, and a team that values your expertise? Bill Pearce Motors is seeking a skilled, motivated professional to join our service team in Reno, Nevada.

    This is a full-time, flat-rate technician position offering competitive compensation, ongoing paid training, and excellent benefits.

    Compensation & Benefits

    Starting Pay: $30–$44 per hour based on experience and qualifications

    What You'll Do

    As a BMW Certified Technician, you will:

    • Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical systems on cars and light trucks
    • Utilize alternative repair methods when appropriate
    • Perform scheduled maintenance and repairs according to manufacturer service guidelines
    • Maintain accurate service and repair documentation
    • Perform all work within the scope of BMW certification standards
    • Follow all safety procedures and industry regulations

    What We're Looking For

    • ASE Certification or BMW Certification required
    • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
    • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
    • Proven ability to complete repairs efficiently and accurately
    • Strong attention to detail and professional work ethic
    • Basic customer service skills
    • Flexibility to work varying schedules as needed
