Full-Time & Part-Time | Northern Virginia- Must Be In-Person

We are hiring Full-Time and Part-Time BCaBAs across Northern Virginia and Maryland.

Compensation

Full-Time: $60,000 – 80,000 per year + bonus potential

Part-Time: $50-75/hour

Flexible schedules, choose your own hours **Most Availability is Afternoons/Evenings**

What You’ll Do

Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans

Supervise and mentor RBTs

Conduct assessments and update programming as needed

Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams

Maintain high standards of clinical quality and compliance

Requirements

Active BCaBA certification (BACB) in good standing

Licensed or eligible in VA/MD

Experience working with individuals with autism

Strong clinical judgment and communication skills

Must be local

Schedule

Monday–Friday (flexible)

Weekend availability optional
