Position: Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)

Location: Hybrid ( In-person/remote)

Salary Range:

  • BCaBA: $62,250 - $80,846 (commensurate with experience)

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BCaBA Certification
  • LBA/LABA License by the State of Virginia Department of Health Professions Board of Medicine

Job Duties:

As a BCaBA with Civitas Health Services, you will:

  • Supervise and Mentor: Provide supervision to our team of Registered Behavioral Technicians, helping them grow and excel in their roles.
  • Assessment Expertise: Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments and Learning Needs Assessments, adapting to a variety of settings, including our center, home, school, and community environments.
  • Customized Solutions: Develop Individualized Behavior-Change Programs tailored to each client's unique goals and outcome measurements.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Facilitate training and development opportunities for Registered Behavior Technicians, empowering them to provide the best care.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Analyze data to inform decisions and enhance treatment plans.
  • Collaborative Care: Ensure seamless care coordination with both internal and external treatment providers to provide the best possible outcomes.
  • Supervisory Leadership: Conduct clinical supervision to maintain the highest standards of care.
  • Communication Excellence: Maintain open lines of communication by providing weekly updates to direct care professionals, parents/legal guardians, and other providers to ensure continuity of service.
  • Compliance Commitment: Properly maintain client records and protected health information in compliance with State and Federal laws.
  • Provide Direct and Indirect ABA Services
