Key Responsibilities:- Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze data to develop individualized intervention strategies
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to implement behavior programs
- Train and provide ongoing guidance to school staff in the application of behavior analytic principles
- Monitor student progress, adjust plans as needed, and maintain detailed documentation
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) or other planning meetings
