We are seeking a passionate and collaborative Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Special Education team. This role is ideal for a clinician who values teamwork, evidence-based practice, and the opportunity to directly impact student outcomes within a dynamic school environment.
As a BCBA at NCIA, you will partner closely with educators, related service providers, and behavioral support staff to create safe, structured, and supportive learning environments where students can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

Position Details
This is a full-time, salaried, 12-month position within NCIA's Youth in Transition School, reporting to the Executive Director of Education.
