At Comprehensive Autism Partnership (CAP), we believe exceptional client outcomes begin with exceptional clinicians.
As a BCBA-owned and operated organization, we have created a workplace where clinical quality, ethical decision-making, collaboration, and work-life balance come first. Every decision is made by clinicians who understand the challenges—and rewards—of providing high-quality ABA services.
Whether your passion is early intervention, school-aged programming, or supporting adolescents and adults, CAP offers the opportunity to build a meaningful career while making a lasting difference in the lives of individuals and families.
We intentionally maintain small caseloads of approximately 6–10 clients, allowing our BCBAs the time they need to provide individualized, ethical, and effective treatment.
Our focus is quality—not quantity.
We understand that every clinician's career goals are different.
