Compensation
- BCBA Full-Time: $90,000 – $120,000/year + bonus potential
- BCBA Part-Time: $100 – $120/hour
- Flexible schedules, choose your own hours

What You’ll Do
- Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
- Supervise and mentor RBTs and student analysts
- Conduct assessments and update programming as needed
- Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams
- Maintain high standards of clinical quality and compliance
Requirements
- Active BCBA certification (BCAB) in good standing
- Licensed or eligible in VA
- Experience working with individuals with autism
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Must be local
- Must be able to go on military base.
Schedule
- Monday–Friday (flexible)
- Weekend availability optional
