A reputable organization is seeking a dedicated and motivated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team in Arizona. This is a part-time position leading to full-time, offering flexibility, competitive pay, and a supportive work environment.
As a BCBA, you will be responsible for conducting behavioral assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and supporting clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) to achieve meaningful progress.
Position Details:
Location: Arizona (Hybrid)
Job Type: Part-Time leading to full-time
Hours: 10 35 billable hours per week
Compensation: $90 $100 per hour
Responsibilities:
Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs)
Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
Monitor and analyze data to guide treatment decisions
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Collaborate with families and team members
Supervise and support behavior technicians
Provide parent education and training
Qualifications:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential
Active Arizona license (or eligibility to obtain)
Residence address in Arizona
At least 1 year of experience preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
Compassionate and client-focused approach
Work Setting:
