Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Aspire Behavioral Consulting

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

•Conduct functional and behavioral assessments as appropriate.

•Develop individualized behavior support and treatment plans.

•Establish measurable treatment goals and data-collection systems.

•Analyze behavioral data and modify interventions based on client progress.

•Provide clinical oversight and supervision of behavior technicians and other assigned personnel.

•Train caregivers, staff, and other stakeholders in behavioral strategies.

•Conduct direct and indirect observations of clients.

•Monitor treatment fidelity and staff implementation.

•Complete required clinical documentation accurately and on time.

•Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and care coordination.

•Communicate regularly with families and other members of the treatment team.

•Provide crisis prevention and behavioral consultation as appropriate.

•Maintain professional and payer-specific documentation standards.

•Ensure services are consistent with ethical standards and applicable regulations.

•Maintain BCBA certification and fulfill continuing education requirements.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

•Master’s degree or higher in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or related field.

•Current BCBA certification.

•Appropriate state licensure where required.

•Experience providing behavioral assessment and intervention services.

•Strong analytical, communication, and clinical documentation skills.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

•Experience working with children, adolescents, adults, or individuals with developmental disabilities.

•Experience with functional behavior assessment and behavior support planning.

•Experience supervising behavior technicians and/or BCBA trainees.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

The employee frequently is required to sit, stand, walk, use hands and fingers, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms. This position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 20 pounds.
