Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Assignment Dates: August 18, 2026 - June 11, 2027 Schedule: Full-Time (up to 37.5 hours/week)
Program Focus: Early Childhood (Early Learning Team)
Description: We are seeking a qualified BCBA to support early childhood programs for the 2026-2027 school year. This role involves working as part of an Early Learning Team across potentially multiple school sites, providing behavioral support and guidance for young learners. Candidates will be presented starting April 7th for this upcoming school year.
Provide direct and consultative behavioral support within early childhood settings
Collaborate with teachers, staff, and multidisciplinary teams
Support implementation of evidence-based interventions
Monitor student progress and adjust plans as needed
Maintain daily, detailed service logs to track activities and contribute to performance reporting
Qualifications:
Active BCBA certification required
Experience working with early childhood populations preferred
Strong data collection, analysis, and reporting skills
Ability to manage assignments across multiple school sites
Additional Requirements:
Must complete Maryland-specific credentialing forms (time-sensitive)
In-person services required
