Overview: We seek a compassionate BCBA with expertise in applied behavior analysis and experience with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism. The role involves developing and implementing behavioral interventions, conducting assessments, supervising RBTs, and collaborating with families and professionals to improve client outcomes. Responsibilities:
Supervise RBTs and complete competency assessments
Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Implement evidence-based interventions and analyze data to monitor progress
Train families, caregivers, and staff in behavior management
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and ensure proper documentation Skills:
Proficiency in behavioral therapy and data analysis
Experience with children with autism and disabilities
Knowledge of special education, medical documentation, and terminology
Strong communication and diagnostic evaluation skills
