Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) | MULTIPLE LOCATIONS in the Bay Area

About the Practice

Join a clinician-led pediatric ABA practice that genuinely prioritizes quality of care and staff wellbeing! The practice holds ACQ certification and is dedicated to providing the gold standard of care. BCBAs are active participants in clinical decision-making, caseloads are manageable, and staff retention is consistently high. Hiring is due to clinic growth in order to meet families' needs!

The Role

Full-time BCBAs are needed to work across clinic and home settings in the Bay area, including Fremont, Brentwood, Gilroy, and San Jose. Every child's program is individualized, with no cookie-cutter curricula or rigid assessment protocols. BCBAs get to do meaningful clinical work alongside in-house SLPs and OTs, backed by a solid team and the administrative support to actually let them focus on clients.

What the Role Involves

  • Full caseload with a billable goal of 120 hours/month
  • Services split between the clinic and home visits within a 10-mile radius
  • Monday–Friday, 9AM–6PM schedule; availability until 5:30-6 PM at least 3 days per week is a must
  • Develop individualized programming for each child on caseload
  • Direct supervision of BTs and RBTs (at least 20% of each client's weekly treatment hours)
  • Regular parent/caregiver meetings to communicate goals and progress
  • Collaboration with SLP and OT colleagues
  • BCBA team meetings covering ongoing training and team check-ins
  • Case documentation and management in an EMR

Compensation and Benefits

  • Base salary: $90,000+/year (more for experienced BCBAs!)
  • $3,000 sign-on bonus, paid out at probationary period milestones
  • Generous monthly performance bonuses — earn up to $12,000 more per year!
    • $500/year CEU stipend
    • Cell phone allowance
    • Mileage reimbursement
    • Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance
    • PTO
    • 401(k) + stock options
    • Relocation assistance available!
    • Dedicated teams handling scheduling, billing, authorizations, HR, and client intake, so BCBAs can stay focused on clinical work

    Requirements

    • Current BCBA certification
    • Master's degree
    • Comfortable working with children across clinic and home settings
    • Experience in pediatric clinic settings preferred
    • Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle
    • Bilingual Spanish is a plus!
    • Desire to collaborate across disciplines and provide ethical and personalized interventions
    • A heart for kids and families
