Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Location: Onsite in Chandler, AZ
Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:45 AM - 3:30 PM (40 hours/week)
Employment type: Full time

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage intake and assessment processes for new clients and families

  • Design and implement behavioral assessments and individualized treatment plans

  • Develop clinical programs tailored to the unique needs of each individual

  • Supervise, mentor, and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality client outcomes

  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations

  • Conduct data collection and analysis to evaluate program effectiveness

  • Design and implement functional analyses and behavior intervention plans

  • Lead parent and caregiver training sessions

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across clinical programs
