Qualifications:
Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, and/or State Board Certification in Behavior Analysis
Experience with completing FBA's, implementing and monitoring student behavior plans
Safety Care, ABA, & Verbal Behavior Training preferred
Strong organization and communication skills, ability to work with various stakeholders
Knowledge of Special Education code and ability to schedule and multi-task
Experience working in a public school setting and kids with Autism preferred
Experience with overseeing and managing CA/RBT staff
Provide professional development as needed for the District
Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year. Final compensation will be based on experience and qualifications
