Position Summary A Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is a master’s-level professional who assesses, designs, and oversees individualized behavior intervention programs to improve socially significant behaviors, often for individuals with autism or developmental disabilities. BCBAs conduct assessments, analyze behavioral data, and develop evidence-based treatment plans while supervising behavior technicians and training caregivers to ensure consistent implementation. They collaborate with families, educators, and healthcare providers, monitor client progress, and adjust interventions as needed, all while adhering to ethical standards set by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board. Minimum Degree Requirement You must have at least a master’s degree in a relevant field, such as:
