TITLE: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
QUALIFICATIONS: Master's Degree or higher, Board Certified Behavior Analyst Certification (Nationally Certified), Certified Ohio Behavior Analyst, must meet BACB Supervision Requirements or be willing to obtain, three or more years in a job-related field preferred, exceptional communication skills, and a valid Ohio Department of Education Credential (or be willing to obtain).
REPORTS TO: Behavioral Health and Mental Wellness Supervisor
JOB SUMMARY: To conduct behavioral assessments, analyze data, interpret results, design behavior interventions, and provide training and support to school personnel.

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: Shall be appointed to a limited contract with the number of work days established by the employment contract. Salary to be established by the Board.
