Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Clinic based!
Location: Camarillo, California
Job Type: Full or Part time options -compensation based on experience!

Responsibilities:


  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
  • Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other team members.
  • Collaborate with Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) and Occupational Therapists (OTs) to deliver comprehensive care.
  • Implement and monitor ABA therapy programs in home, clinic, or school settings.
  • Collect and analyze data to track progress and make data-driven decisions.
  • Provide parent training and support to ensure consistency across environments.
Qualifications:


  • Current BCBA Certification
  • Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of data collection, analysis, and reporting for behavior interventions.
  • Ability to provide supervision to RBTs.
  • Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to improving client outcomes.
