Job description:
Our BCBA owned and operated ABA company is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst who values ethical, compassionate ABA and is looking for a role that prioritizes quality care, collaboration, and work–life balance. This is an in-home or office position designed to allow clinicians to do their best work without burnout.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct assessments and develop individualized, ethical treatment plans
Provide high-quality supervision and mentorship to RBTs
Monitor client progress and make data-informed clinical decisions
Collaborate with caregivers and clinical team members
Ensure services align with BACB ethical standards and best practices
Participate in team meetings and ongoing clinical collaboration
