Responsibilities
• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Design and oversee ABA programming and behavior intervention plans
• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians and Behavior Technicians
• Monitor client progress and make clinical modifications as needed
• Provide parent training and caregiver support
• Maintain timely and compliant clinical documentation
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary providers
• Support clinical excellence and positive client outcomes
Schedule
This is a full-time position requiring reasonable flexibility in work hours to meet client, clinical, and operational needs. Schedules are generally aligned with organizational and client needs; however, occasional schedule adjustments or Saturdays may be required based on operational or client needs.
• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field required
• Must be eligible to practice in North Carolina
• Prior ABA clinical experience required
