Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Full Time
Location: Ellenwood, GA
Salary: $70,000 - $85,000 per year
Schedule: Build Your Own | Hybrid (50% Telehealth)

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support behavior technicians and RBTs
- Conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and provide parent training
- Focus on quality care - no direct therapy required
- Collaborate with clinical leadership and support staff
Requirements:
- Active BCBA certification
- 6 months to 1 year of experience preferred
- Must be available full-time
- Comfortable with hybrid work and occasional local travel
Compensation & Benefits:
- $500 CEU credit (per 2-year cycle)
- 7 days paid time off plus sick leave
