Our agency is looking for a BCBA that is passionate about working with children with autism and related disorders. We deliver behavioral therapy services in conjunction with mental health to the following settings: Community- based, school, telehealth, and directly In- Home. Candidates must hold and maintain current certifications as a BCBA as issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). Job Requirements:

  • Must speak English and Spanish.
  • Ready to begin immediately.
  • Provider MUST have NPI number.
  • Must have active Medicaid Provider ID.
  • Master's degree in applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Ed, or another related field.
  • Fingerprint level 2 background and local police record check.
  • Preferred 2+ years' experience in field.
  • Active BCBA certification issued by the BACB.
  • Must have a valid form of transportation.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement parent training and support program.
  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments.
  • Identifies the need to conduct Functional Analysis, details conditions and conducts Functional Analysis independently adhering to ethical and legal standards.
  • Provide supervision and training for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT's).
  • Conduct, manage Progress Reports and Treatment Plans.
  • Great leadership skills.
  • Great written and oral communication.

Duties:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of assessment tools, to conduct functional assessments and develop appropriate behavior strategies to reduce maladaptive behaviors.
  • Ensure the implementation of treatment plans, document contacts and observations; use professional knowledge and independent judgment to strategize continuous improvements.
  • Establish and maintain data measurement, collection, and analysis systems for clients receiving behavioral interventions. Maintain appropriate documentation and prepare and complete reports as required.
  • The BCBA should be able to provide supervision to RBT and BCaBA on the case.
  • BCBA is able to work with a variety of clients of different ages.
