Position OverviewAs a BCBA, you'll provide ABA services across clinic, home, school, and community settings throughout Thurston, Mason, and Lewis Counties.
Responsibilities include:
• Conduct behavioral assessments (VB MAPP, ABLLS R, AFLS, Vineland 3)
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Supervise and mentor CBTs and RBTs
• Provide caregiver training
• Monitor client progress using data driven decision making
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary providers
• Maintain ethical and professional BACB standards
QualificationsRequired• Current BCBA Certification
• Washington State LBA (or ability to obtain)
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Strong communication and relationship building skills
Preferred
• Two or more years of BCBA experience (not required)
• Experience supervising RBTs
• BCBA Supervision Training
• CPR/BLS Certification

CompensationPart Time $50 to $65 per hour
Full Time $74,000 to $98,000 annually plus benefits
Salary is based on experience, leadership, and clinical expertise.
