We’re hiring a Senior Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who wants strong earning potential, clinical autonomy, and meaningful work supporting individuals with complex behavioral needs.

You’ll step into a community-based clinical role focused on functional behavior assessments, behavioral interventions, and training families and staff. You’ll work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team while maintaining the autonomy to guide treatment and adjust interventions based on client response.

Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary: $87,404.51–$118,142.13
• $5,000 sign-on bonus
