About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing behavioral health team. The BCBA willprovide individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental needs. This position involves designing, implementing, and supervising behavior intervention programs while collaborating closely with families and staff to promote meaningful progress and independence.
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral and skill-based assessments to identify client strengths and needs.
  • Develop and oversee individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans using evidence-based ABA strategies.
  • Train, supervise, and support Behavior Technicians, caregivers, and other team members implementing ABA programs.
  • Collect and analyze behavioral data to evaluate treatment effectiveness and adjust plans as needed.
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential documentation, including assessments, session notes, and progress reports.
  • Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary professionals to ensure consistent care and skill generalization.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, ensuring treatment fidelity and compliance with ethical standards.
  • Uphold BACB ethics and promote a safe, supportive, and inclusive therapy environment.
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) , Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
  • Active BCBA certification (required).
  • State licensure as a Behavior Analyst (if applicable).
  • Experience conducting ABA assessments and implementing treatment plans.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid driver's license and proof of insurance (as required by agency policy).
  • Current CPR certification .
Schedule / Work Hours
