What We Offer

  • Small caseload to support high-quality clinical care

    • $85,000–$95,000 based on experience
    • $96,000+ for senior-level clinicians

Qualifications

  • Current BCBA certification
  • Active New Jersey BCBA license
  • Strong clinical judgment and commitment to ethical, evidence-based practice
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans that address the core characteristics of autism.
  • Review assessment findings with caregivers and provide compassionate guidance regarding treatment recommendations.
  • Develop and update individualized behavior intervention plans.
  • Provide direct and indirect supervision, training, and mentorship to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians.
  • Analyze treatment data regularly and make data-driven clinical decisions to maximize client progress.
  • Maintain the highest standards of clinical quality, documentation, and ethical practice.
  • Collaborate closely with the onsite Clinical Director and multidisciplinary team to ensure exceptional client outcomes.
