Clinic Hours: M-F 8:00am-5:00pm
Requirements:
Essential Functions:
Conduct assessments (VBMAPP, ABLLS, AFLLS, BRIEF, Vineland, SSIS, and any other assessments necessary for treatment planning)
Monitor child’s progress on treatment goals and make data-based decisions
Provide feedback to RBTs on clinical implementation
Understand medical necessity criteria and any ongoing updates
Provide family treatment guidance as necessary
Be an active participant in all collaboration and/or stakeholder meetings
Cover direct sessions if needed
Meet BACB and best practices supervision requirements

Requirements:
Masters Degree
Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification through the BACB
Licensed, or Licensure eligible, Behavior Analyst through the Az Board of Psychologist Examiners
Pass required background checks
Possess a fingerprint clearance card

Experience with the pediatric population
Reliable and punctual
Strong initiative?

Ability to effectively and efficiently use a variety of technological applications
Must have reliable transportation
CPR and First Aid Certification
Can work effectively in fast paced environments
Physical Requirements:
Must have the ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time?and get up and down off of the floor quickly
Ability to climb, jump, run
Must have the ability to move quickly to ensure client safety
Exhibit manual dexterity to navigate an ipad and computer keyboard
