Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA Hybrid) - Autism Services 

Full-Time | New York City Alpha & Omega Kids Developmental Services

We are hiring Full-Time and Part-Time BCBAs across New York City.

Compensation

  • Full-Time: $95,000 – $120,000/year + bonus potential
  • Part-Time:$90 – $100/hour
  • Flexible scheduling, choose your own hours

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
  • Supervise and mentor RBTs and student analysts
  • Conduct assessments and adjust programming based on data
  • Provide parent training and collaborate with families
  • Maintain strong clinical quality and compliance standards

Requirements

  • Active BCBA certification (BACB) in good standing
  • Licensed or eligible in New York
  • Experience working with individuals with autism
  • Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
  • Spanish Speaking needed 

Schedule

  • Monday–Friday (flexible)
  • Weekend availability optional
