A bit about us:

Multi-state healthcare and human-services organization that supports individuals with autism and intellectual and developmental disabilities in living more independent, self-directed lives.

Its Connecticut behavioral-health program delivers ABA services across home, school, and community settings. This gives BCBAs the opportunity to understand how clients actually function in their everyday environments—not simply how they perform during a scheduled clinical session.

This role combines assessment, treatment planning, clinical supervision, caregiver training, quality assurance, and direct clinical work when needed. You will have meaningful responsibility without being removed from the people and families the program exists to support.

You became a BCBA to improve outcomes—not to spend your entire week rearranging spreadsheets and chasing unsigned notes. Documentation matters here, but so does the reason behind it.

Why join us?
  • A hybrid work arrangement combining flexibility with meaningful in-person clinical work
  • Full-time position supporting clients across assigned Connecticut regions
  • Flexible scheduling whenever operational and client needs allow
  • Standard schedule with occasional evening or weekend flexibility based on participant needs
  • Non-exempt classification with overtime pay when applicable
  • Clinical ownership of FBAs, behavior-intervention plans, treatment planning, caregiver training, and participant outcomes
  • The opportunity to supervise ABA therapists and Registered Behavior Technicians while strengthening clinical quality
  • A combination of clinical leadership, program development, quality assurance, and direct service
  • Work across home and community settings, allowing treatment plans to reflect the client’s actual daily life
  • 401(k) retirement plan
  • Medical plan options, including PPO, flexible, and HSA-compatible plans
  • Dental and vision insurance
  • Paid sick leave, vacation time, and paid public holidays when applicable
