Step into an impactful opportunity to serve students and educators during a vital period as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst providing full-time coverage for a maternity leave assignment. You'll have the chance to make a real difference supporting elementary and middle school students in a vibrant and collaborative education environment. The role is based onsite, with approximately September 2026 through January 2027 coverage required.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Current, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required
  • Previous experience in school settings is strongly preferred
  • Skilled at designing, implementing, and monitoring individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Adept at collaboration with multidisciplinary teams—teachers, aides, administrators, and families
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational abilities
  • Flexibility to travel between sites as needed

Role Responsibilities:

  • Partner with educators to assess student behavioral needs and design effective, evidence-based behavior plans
  • Offer support and training to teachers and staff regarding best practices in behavioral interventions
  • Monitor student progress and adjust strategies to ensure optimal outcomes
  • Serve as a resource for both Pine Grove School and a middle school location, providing hands-on support where required
  • Engage in data collection and analysis to inform interventions and track success
  • Foster a positive, inclusive school culture through collaboration and ongoing professional communication
