 Job Summary
TrueTrust ABA Therapy is growing and looking for a BCBA who wants to build something, not just maintain it. You will work closely with a small team, have direct input on clinical decisions, and see the impact of your work with each client and family. Responsibilities 
  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans (BIPs).
  • Design and oversee skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs.
  • Supervise and train RBTs/behavior technicians.
  • Analyze data and adjust programs based on client progress.
  • Provide parent training and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with BACB and insurance requirements.
  • Manage caseload and ensure ethical service delivery.
Qualifications
  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
  • State licensure (if applicable).
  • Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
  • Experience supervising RBTs/behavior technicians.
  • Strong knowledge of ABA principles and data collection methods.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to pass background check and maintain professional liability insurance.
