BCBA (Hybrid) - Lead New ABA Program / Multidisciplinary Team

Mansfield, TX

Hybrid Schedule / Full-Time

About the Role

Our client is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to help launch and lead a new ABA program in Mansfield, TX.

This is a unique opportunity for a BCBA who wants more than a traditional clinic role-you'll work alongside OT, PT, SLP, and counseling teams in a collaborative, real-world therapy environment.

If you're looking for a BCBA job in Texas with growth, mentorship, and a chance to build something meaningful, this role stands out.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a BCBA caseload (28-30 billable hours/week)
  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
  • Supervise and mentor RBTs and BCBA candidates
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (OT, PT, SLP, Counseling)
  • Train caregivers and provide parent guidance
  • Analyze behavior data and adjust treatment plans
  • Ensure compliance with BACB and funding requirements
  • Support program development and clinical growth initiatives
Why This BCBA Role Stands Out
  • Lead a new ABA program (not stepping into an existing caseload)
  • Hybrid flexibility for better work-life balance
  • Work in a multidisciplinary setting (rare in ABA roles)
  • Access to sensory gyms, real-world training environments, and functional therapy spaces
  • Strong mentorship and leadership development opportunities
Qualifications
  • Active BCBA certification (Behavior Analyst Certification Board)
  • Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA therapy) preferred
  • Ability to supervise RBTs and manage a clinical caseload
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
Benefits
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) with Safe Harbor match
  • Paid Time Off (PTO) + flexible scheduling
  • CEU reimbursement + ongoing professional development
  • Mileage reimbursement
  • Employee recognition programs + team events
