Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Position available 8/27/2026 - 6/30/2027
Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification required
- Instructional Certificate preferred
- Experience with students with autism, developmental disabilities, and behavioral disabilities
- Ability to coordinate work of Registered Behavior Technicians and paraprofessionals
- Demonstrated knowledge and ability to complete Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA's) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies
- Knowledge of least restrictive environment and inclusive education
- Ability to develop, implement, and evaluate individual and class-wide behavior systems
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Terms of Employment:- Terms pursuant to the MTEA Collective Bargaining agreement
- Salary range: $60,673 - $126,533 (as per the negotiated contract and commensurate with experience)
- Benefits: Full-time employees are eligible for medical, prescription and dental benefits on the first day of hire.
