Are you a BCBA looking for more than just a job? At Around the Hearth LLC, we believe in creating a supportive, compassionate environment where both our staff and families feel valued, heard, and cared for. Whether you are an experienced clinician ready to lead and inspire others, or you are newer to the field and eager to grow with strong mentorship and guidance, we would love to welcome you to our team.

At Around the Hearth LLC in Milford, Connecticut, we pride ourselves on maintaining a close-knit, family-like atmosphere where collaboration, respect, and support are at the center of everything we do. We provide clinic-based and in-home ABA services throughout the Fairfield and New Haven areas, while also offering traditional therapy services to families. This unique multidisciplinary approach allows our team to collaborate closely and provide truly well-rounded care.

Our mission is rooted in compassionate, individualized treatment and creating meaningful relationships with the families we serve. We are passionate about fostering an environment that embraces neurodiversity and promotes positive integration between neurodiverse and neurotypical individuals. Most importantly, we believe that when our staff feel supported, appreciated, and balanced, they can do their best work.

We understand the importance of work-life balance and strive to create a workplace where clinicians feel respected professionally and personally. Your ideas, voice, and clinical input matter here.

As part of our team, you will:
• Collaborate with a supportive clinical and management team to provide the best outcomes for clients and families
• Conduct assessments including FBAs, Vineland, VB-MAPP, AFLS, and more
• Develop individualized behavior support plans and treatment programs
• Train and mentor staff and parents with compassion and confidence
• Monitor data collection and staff performance to ensure quality care
• Collaborate with schools, therapists, and outside providers for a team-based approach
• Continue growing professionally through ongoing mentorship, training, and evidence-based practices
• Help create meaningful, compassionate, and flexible supports for every client

Qualifications:
• BCBA Certification or currently in the process of obtaining certification
• Connecticut Licensure
• Master’s degree in ABA or related field with ABA certification
• Experience as a BCBA preferred, but we are open to mentoring the right candidate

If you are looking for a place where you can grow, feel supported, make a meaningful impact, and truly enjoy the work you do, we would love to connect with you.
