Responsibilities include training RBTs, collaborating with families and teams, ensuring compliance with policies, regulations, and standards, and maintaining timely documentation. The role involves overseeing RBTs, attending meetings, and supporting integrated interventions within educational and medical settings.
Qualifications include a Master's degree, BCBA certification, at least 5 years of ABA experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with systems and regulations. Onsite work is required five days a week. Preferred candidates have prior clinical or educational ABA experience.
