Your days combine supervision visits and direct work with families, data review on ABA Matrix, and quick check-ins with your RBTs. Each week you run caregiver training sessions, update programs, and use protected time for documentation, so your reports get written during your workday, not at midnight.Every month you complete progress reports and authorization packets with help from our operations team, which also handles payer credentialing with you, and you review cases with our Clinical Director.
