Travel Expectations
This role includes a
variable regional travel requirement
, estimated at
20%-50% per month
depending on program needs
While telehealth services are also provided, you will primarily travel to support
EMPOWER sites
: - New Bern - Elizabeth City - Ahoskie - Greenville - Morehead City - Wilmington All
work-related travel is reimbursed via mileage pay
, and, depending on cost-effectiveness,
a travel vehicle may be provided
Youll have flexibility to
plan travel around program needs
while maintaining a
healthy work-life balance
What Youll Do
- Lead behavior support programs fostering family engagement and measurable growth
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop Positive Behavior Support Plans
- Train and mentor staff, DSPs, and supervisors in ABA best practices
- Collaborate across service lines (EMPOWER, ICS, ABA) to maximize outcomes
- Deliver in-service training and represent ESPH at professional conferences
