About the Role:
As a BCBA at Golden Care Therapy NY, you will be responsible for:
Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for children with Autism
Conducting assessments, analyzing data, and reporting on client progress
Providing behavioral consultations and training to families and caregivers
Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of therapists, supervisors, and parents to achieve treatment goals
Maintaining accurate and detailed records of client treatment and progress
Staying current with best practices in ABA Therapy and integrating new techniques and strategies into treatment plans
Requirements:
Board Certification: American Board of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Education: Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in ABA Therapy or related field
