Mount Prospect Academy (MPA) is seeking a Trauma Informed Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our residential treatment programs in Pike, New Hampshire. This is a unique opportunity to bring your expertise into a highly collaborative, mission-driven environment supporting at-risk youth.

  • Provide oversight and direction for Applied Behavior Analysis programming
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior support plans
  • Train and supervise direct support professionals and clinical staff
  • Monitor data collection systems and analyze program effectiveness
  • Lead staff training in ABA principles, behavior reduction strategies, and skill development
  • Collaborate with families, community partners, and internal teams
  • Ensure timely and accurate documentation within electronic health records
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Salary up to 75,000

Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in Special Education or related human services field
  • BCBA certification required with a minimum of two years of experience
  • Strong experience in behavior analysis, assessment, and intervention planning
  • Ability to lead, train, and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Additional Requirements
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
  • Ability to manage communication across multiple platforms
  • Flexible availability, Monday through Friday at minimum
  • Authorization to work in the United States
  • Successful completion of background and pre-employment checks
