Board Certified Behavior Analyst BCBA

RM Autism Therapy is looking for a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team in Niles, IL. Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans for clients with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skills assessments to guide treatment planning
• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and behavior therapists
• Monitor client progress through data collection, analysis, and program modifications
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
• Provide parent training and caregiver coaching to support generalization of skills
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with BACB ethical guidelines

Requirements:

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing
• Active Illinois BCBA license. 
• Experience working with children and/or adults diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder
• Proficiency in conducting FBAs, VB-MAPP, ABLLS, or similar assessments
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills with experience managing RBTs or behavior technicians
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for family and team collaboration
• Compassionate, patient, and solution-focused approach to client care
