Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Clinical Director to join our team. In this role, you will lead a collaborative team of BCBAs and Behavior Technicians (BTs), supervise client treatment programs, and make a meaningful impact on the lives of children with autism and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise a caseload of up to 6 clients, including weekly review and updating treatment programs
- Oversee Behavior Technicians in implementing individualized treatment plans per company standards and BACB requirements
- Provide parent training and support
- Conduct behavioral and skills assessments, and design treatment programs
- Supervise BCBA supervisees
- Collect and analyze data using Microsoft Excel or behavioral software (e.g., Central Reach)
- Assist with interviewing, training, and creating materials for BT staff as needed
Qualifications: - Master's degree or equivalent in Psychology, Special Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with children with autism
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Available to work Monday-Friday, 8:15 AM - 4:45 PM
Preferred Qualifications: - Additional certification as BCBA-D, special education teacher, school social worker, or school psychologist in NJ
- Fluency in Spanish or another second language
Salary & Benefits: - $80,000 - $83,000 per year
