A pediatric therapy organization is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality ABA services to children in a supportive, family-centered environment. This is a full-time opportunity offering flexible scheduling, strong administrative and clinical support, and excellent professional development opportunities. The BCBA will receive dedicated support with scheduling, reporting, billing, administrative tasks, and Behavior Technician hiring and training, allowing more time to focus on clinical care and client success.

• Salary: $78,000–$97,000/year

Requirements

• Master’s degree
• Active BCBA certification
• ABA experience preferred
