Qualifications & Experience
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Experience working with school-aged children in educational or therapeutic settings
- Strong understanding of behavior intervention strategies and collaborative goal-setting
- Proven ability to work with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers, staff, and families
- Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities - Conduct functional behavior assessments and design individualized behavior intervention plans
- Implement evidence-based interventions for Early Childhood through Grade 8 students
- Provide ongoing training and support to educators and paraprofessional staff
- Collaborate closely with team members and families to review progress and adjust interventions
- Document and report on student progress, program outcomes, and data collection regularly
- Support cooperative programming initiatives, ensuring each student's needs are met within the cooperative framework
