Your Superpowers
• Conduct behavioral assessments and create individualized treatment plans
• Provide supervision and mentorship to Behavior Technicians/RBTs
• Analyze clinical data and make treatment decisions that drive meaningful progress
• Collaborate with families, schools, and multidisciplinary providers
• Support and empower families through education and guidance
• Help children build communication, social, behavioral, and life skills that create lasting impact
What We're Looking For
• Passionate clinicians who genuinely enjoy helping children and families

• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining high-quality care
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
Requirements
• Active BCBA certification required
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Active state licensure (or ability to obtain) if applicable
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to travel to client homes and/or community settings
Essential Knowledge & Skills
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and behavioral interventions
• Experience developing and implementing treatment plans
• Comfortable analyzing data and adjusting treatment strategies
• Ability to mentor and support BTs/RBTs
• Works collaboratively with families and team members
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Goal-oriented and organized
• Flexible and adaptable to changing client needs
