This role focuses on supporting children with autism and their families through individualized treatment plans while working within a collaborative, family-centered care model.The organization prioritizes allowing clinicians to focus on client care by providing strong operational, administrative, and clinical support systems.Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Oversee and guide implementation of ABA therapy programs
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Complete clinical documentation in compliance with quality standards
• Collaborate with families and care teams to support treatment goals
• Provide supervision and clinical direction to behavior technicians
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities

Required Qualifications:

• Active BCBA certification
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
• 2+ years of relevant experience in ABA therapy
• Strong understanding of evidence-based ABA practices
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with pediatric populations, particularly children with autism
• Prior experience supervising behavior technicians
• Strong communication and family engagement skills
