Revere Public Schools is seeking a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to work collaboratively with school staff and caregivers to support students' social/emotional/behavioral functioning across school settings.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Provide training/supervision to staff in the implementation of ABA methodology, behavior intervention strategies, and data collection and analysis
Conduct informal observations and provide ongoing consultation to teachers and staff across school settings to support students' behavior and engagement
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments, develop/modify behavior support plans, and monitor implementation
Participate in the Team meeting process
Provide training and consultation to parents around implementation of ABA strategies and behavior support plans
